Dr Tom Gleeson

Dr Tom Gleeson joined Turners cross medical centre in 2024 after completing his training on the Cork GP training scheme.

Tom graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2018. Afterward, he completed his internship in Dublin before returning to Cork where he spent time working in Accident and Emergency in both the Mercy University hospital and Cork University Hospital. He then spent 4 years training on the Cork GP training scheme, where he spent time working in Paediatrics and Neonatology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and General Medicine. 

His areas of special interest include Men’s health, MSK injuries and Joint injections, and Paediatrics. He is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners.
